    • With the established TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standardization System, UĞUR GROUP gives guidance to its activities in the direction of "Continuous Improvement".

    Quality Management System

    In the way of quality, Uğur AŞ has made its first step in November 2001 by receiving the TS EN ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate. It did not take a long time until Uğur A.Ş made his second step. In December 2003, by receiving the TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate, Uğur A.Ş has proved its product and service quality to the international customers.

    Regarding the established Quality Management System; the structure of the organization, the products, the expectations of the customers and the appropriateness to the legal conditions, the control and the necessity of the policies are all defined along the procedure of the system.

    The performance of the processes which affect the customers are observed and measured at Uğur A.Ş. To provide the "Continuous Improvement" corrective-preventive activities are planned and carried out within the process level.

    Responsibilities of the management

    The management of Uğur AŞ displays his resolution in the direction of announcing the importance of covering the requests of the customers within the company, announcing the policy of quality, determining the goals of quality, providing all the necessary sources to improve and develop the Quality Management System.
